As the name would suggest, this section is a compilation of answers to the questions our clients commonly ask. Just start by following one of the links below. Also, feel free to contact us anytime with your questions. We are available to assist you.
- How long does it take for you to complete my order?
- What is a "proof"?
- Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
- How do I go about obtaining a print estimate from Browning Communications?
- How long does it take for you to complete my order?
Estimating the length of time it takes to complete an order is a two-phase process. The first phase establishes all art and design is complete and approved; the second phase establishes that the project is printed, packaged, delivered, or mailed according to specifications. Each project has different variables per phase which account for the final length of time needed to complete an order. Contact your Account Consultant for your unique project completion timeline.
- What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type and design accurately and that everything is according to your requirements. Typically, we will provide you a PDF proof via email. You may also require a mock-up printed on our digital press, viewed in our store, or delivered to you in person.
- Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
We employ human beings to produce your work and, last time we checked, humans are not perfect. Additionally, when using different platforms or often when transferring files, fonts or other layout specifications may alter. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone when errors are noticed and corrected during the proofing process.
- How do I go about obtaining a print estimate from Browning Communications?
Since you are here, we would suggest you use our online Request an Estimate form. Otherwise give us a call and talk with one of our Account Consultants to ensure that we get all the information necessary to provide you an accurate proposal.
